Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a part-time catering operative to ensure a high quality, patient-centred catering service for patients, staff and visitors.

You will assist with food preparation, keep kitchens and dining areas clean, and support meal production, portioning, distribution and service, under supervision. • Assist with the preparation of food and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dining rooms and equipment.
• Support production, portioning, distribution and service of meals and snacks.
