Capability Scotland is recruiting a Catering Assistant for the Upper Springland residential facility in Perth. The role involves preparing and serving meals to residents, plus maintaining hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. You will also help manage stock and may work alone at times.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to manage stock and assist with ordering as needed.
