Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting Catering Assistants for Witney to join a busy kitchen team with weekday and weekend shifts. Earn £13.45–£15.00 per hour with enhanced rates on weekends and bank holidays.

You will help with food preparation, service, and front-of-house duties while maintaining high hygiene standards. A permanent position may be offered after 12 weeks for reliable team players.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and menu service.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Washing pots and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly.

Pay Rates:

• £13.45 per hour – Monday to Friday

• £15.00 per hour – Weekends and Bank Holidays

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Weekends & Bank Holidays: 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and menu service.
