Job summary

KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Catering Assistant for our Garden Wise Garden Centre restaurant in the United Kingdom. Roles include Full or Part time permanent positions with 40 hrs/week over 5 days or 32 hrs/week over 4 days, with weekends required.

Job description

We are looking for Full & Part Time Permanent Catering Assistants to join the team in our Restaurant in Garden Wise Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.40 to £12.75 per hour dependent on age.

Roles available are 40 hours per week over 5 days 32 per week over 4 days. All positions include weekends working so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Catering Assistant, you have a responsibility to support the kitchen team for prepare fabulous meals to order for our customers.

What you will be doing as a Catering Assistant?

• Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients.
• Preparing hot and cold snacks and deli items to order.
• Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards
• Cleaning of all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
• Closing back of house area each day to our company standards.
