Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a catering assistant for an immediate start in Redcar, with a contract position based on a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will join a diligent team and support food service and dining areas.

Ideal applicants will have an Enhanced DBS and a Food Hygiene certificate (Level 1 minimum, Level 2 preferred). The role runs Monday to Friday with daytime hours in Tees Valley.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Catering assistant required for an immediate start in Redcar. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking catering assistant to join the team. IMMEDIATE START. This is initially a contract role.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday

11:15am - 14:30pm

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Keeping kitchen, serving, and dining areas clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
• Working closely with other catering team members to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
• Ensuring communal dining areas are well maintained, fully stocked, and kept clean for customers and staff.
