Job summary

St John Bosco Catholic Primary School in Sunderland is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving healthy meals. The role requires adherence to Health and Safety and Food Safety processes; Enhanced DBS checks are mandatory.

Start date is 1 November 2026 or as soon as pre-employment checks are complete, with previous catering experience preferable. Salary is Pay Scale 2, SCP 3-4.

St John Bosco Catholic Primary School is looking for a Catering Assistant from 1st November 2026 or as soon as possible to:
