Miquill, a specialist school catering company, is hiring a Catering Assistant in Stafford. You will be the friendly face of the kitchen, serving students and staff with fresh, nutritious meals and top-notch service.

You'll work Monday to Friday, around school terms, about 10 hours a week, with no weekend shifts. Training is provided, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene; we offer development through our L&D team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, versatile personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for interaction with people.
• Previous catering experience is a bonus; training is provided for the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred, with full training provided.

Responsabilités

£12.71 per hour

Job Introduction

As a Catering Assistant, you are the friendly face and backbone of our kitchen team! You'll provide fantastic customer service while assisting in the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals of the highest quality, using our fresh ingredients.

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a dynamic team to create a fun and unique dining experience for students and staff

Assisting with preparing and serving our delicious meals.

Operating Tills (full training provided)

Ensuring a sparkling clean kitchen environment at all times

Strictly adhering to all safety guidelines, including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policy
