As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of our kitchen team, delivering excellent customer service while helping prepare nutritious meals from fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Friendly and versatile personality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with people.
• Training is provided for the right person; previous catering experience is a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver a high-quality dining experience for students and staff.
• Assist with preparing and serving meals.
• Operate tills (full training provided).
• Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen environment at all times.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.

Monday to Friday working-no more weekends!

16 hours working with no late nights.

38 weeks per year based around school term time (more time to spend with friends and family!).

£12.71 per hour

Job Introduction

As a Catering Assistant, you are the friendly face and backbone of our kitchen team! You'll provide fantastic customer service while assisting in the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals of the highest quality, using our fresh ingredients.

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a dynamic team to create a fun and unique dining experience for students and staff

Assisting with preparing and serving our delicious meals.

Operating Tills (full training provided)

Ensuring a sparkling clean kitchen environment at all times

Strictly adhering to all safety guidelines, including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policy
