Aramark is recruiting a Catering Assistant (Kitchen Porter) for RAF Northolt in Ruislip, Middlesex. This 12-month fixed-term contract runs from 23 November 2026 to 22 November 2027, offering a salary of £24,654.10 per annum and 35 hours a week across 5 days.

Includes free uniform, on-site parking, pension, life assurance, and strong development opportunities. The role involves serving food, assisting with prep, considering allergens, restocking, cleaning, and following health and safety

Responsabilidades

• Serve food following prescribed portion control methods and service procedures.
• Answer customer questions regarding allergens and menu items.
• Assist with food preparation as directed by the Kitchen Manager and in line with Aramark brand standards.
• Restock food, beverages, and merchandise displays.
• Clean and maintaining back-of-house areas to a high standard.
• Clean and tidying counters, service areas, and light catering equipment.
• Report customer feedback, complaints, stock requirements, breakages, faults, and hazards to management.
• Complete daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Follow food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Undertake training and development activities as required.
• Support the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant (Kitchen Porter) to join our team at RAF Northolt, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 6NG on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy catering operation, supporting the delivery of high-quality food services while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.

This contract will run from 23 November 2026 until 22 November 2027.

What you'll be doing

Qualifications

About you

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Additional Information

• Successful candidates must be able to pass DBS and security vetting checks
• Applicants must have been UK residents for a minimum of 3 years
• Ability to comply with all RAF site access and security requirements
