Quantum Care is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant for Riverside Lodge in Rickmansworth. You will prepare and serve nutritious meals, helping create a welcoming dining experience that promotes residents' health, wellbeing and dignity.

The role involves flexi hours with on-site work at Riverside Lodge, a 75-bed care home offering residential, dementia and respite care. Training is provided and benefits include enhanced weekend pay and DBS support.

Qualifications

• Team-focused attitude and good communication skills.
• Experience in food preparation and service preferred, but full training is provided.
• Familiarity with hygiene standards.
• Reliability and good customer service skills.
• Positive, caring and compassionate attitude.
• Ability to follow Chefs' instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents.
• Assist residents with dining needs as required.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Support kitchen team with cleaning and washing duties.
• Assist with stock and storage tasks.
• Follow any other tasks from Chefs.
