Aramark is hiring a Catering Assistant at New College Pontefract. This casual, zero-hour contract role offers term-time only hours, with a rate of £12.71 per hour. You will serve food, assist with front-of-house operations, and help maintain cleanliness in a busy education catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors.
• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Support kitchen and front of house teams during busy service periods.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in catering areas.
• Wash up and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and service areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and delivery checks as required.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Support the wider catering team with day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
