Sodexo is hiring a General Assistant at St Ambrose's Catholic Primary School in Kidderminster. The role is term-time only (38 weeks), permanent and part-time, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and a 7.5 hour week schedule (Mon–Fri, 11:30am–1:00pm).

The post involves supporting busy food service operations, preparing and serving food, and ensuring kitchen and dining areas meet hygiene standards. Full training is provided.

About the Role

As a General Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering great service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay
This role works 38 weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
