Broadacre Primary School in Hull is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to join NYES Catering. The role offers 5 hours per week during term-time, with opportunities for additional paid hours and flexible shifts around school hours.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Broadacre Primary School in Hull.

Broadacre Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of its community, dedicated to providing the very best environment for children to learn, grow and thrive. As part of the NYES Catering team, you will help provide fresh, nutritious, home-cooked meals to pupils each day. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll contribute to a positive lunchtime experience for children.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Supporting cooking and baking activities
• Serving meals to pupils and staff
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Washing up and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly

Additional Hours Available

While this position is for 5 hours per week, there are regular opportunities to increase your earnings through additional paid hours. We actively encourage successful applicants to provide sickness and absence cover at our nearby schools, including Kingswood Parks Primary School, Bude Park Primary School and Highlands Primary School

These additional shifts are frequently available and can provide valuable overtime opportunities for those looking to work extra hours while remaining within the local area.
