Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year (Term Time Only)

Hours: 16.25 hours per week

Location: Skipton, North Yorkshire- Upper Wharfedale School

We have a vacancy for a Catering Assistant at Upper Wharfedale Secondary School or 16.25 hours per week, term time only. The hourly rate is £13.28 per hour.

As part of our catering team, you will be performing a variety of tasks to help prepare tasty, nutritious meals from locally sourced fresh produce. As a Catering Assistant your role will be to support the Cook in delivering an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.

Daily, you will be carrying out basic food preparation, serving meals to children and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room. You will be a valued member of our friendly team who is reliable, dependable, and committed working from 10:15am to 13:30pm totalling to 16.25 hours per week over 5 days. You will work term time weeks only however you will receive equal monthly payments throughout the year.
