Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve main meals, desserts and drinks to pupils and staff.
• Provide floating cover across Trust academies for staff absences, for a day or several weeks.
• Work alongside the catering team on meals for children, staff, visitors and events.
• Lay up tables and serving counters, then clear, clean and tidy after lunch.
• Comply with health and safety and food hygiene requirements.
• Carry out temperature testing of food.
• Store food, wash up and clear waste food, packaging and kitchen waste.
• Move furniture in the dining area as required.
• Cover the kitchen manager role at times.
