Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is recruiting to provide high-quality catering services to patients and staff across North Wales. You will work as part of a team within the Trust's catering department, ensuring safe and efficient food service.

The overall purpose of the job is to work as part of a team and be committed to take part in providing the best quality catering service to patients and staff within the Trust.
To share learned best practise with others in developing catering services as changes are made over time to allow the department and individuals to react to changing need.
Department working hours are predominantly between 7.00am to 19.00pm, which will involve some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as the service requires. The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
You must have good communication skills, as you will be working within the kitchen and serving food at ward level. Candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
You will hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate, or be willing to work towards this qualification. Catering experience is essential for this post.
