The Methodist Church in Britain operates Wellesley Hospital in Scotland through Elysium Healthcare, seeking a kitchen post to join the kitchen team. The role covers meal preparation, cooking, serving, stock rotation, and cleanliness to food safety standards.

37.5 hours per week with interactions with service users, staff and visitors, and liaison with dietitians on planned meals. Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP is required, with a DBS check applicable.
