Delaware North UK is hiring a part-time Catering Assistant to join our team at Derby County Training Centre in Derby. As a Hospitality Kitchen Assistant, you will be supporting the delivery of catering to guests, collaborating and assisting team members, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Pay

The expected pay for this role is £12.60 / hour

What will you do?

• Effectively and flexibly work in a demanding environment, assisting where necessary in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring any guest requirements are catered for
• Process and resolve guest complaints as soon as possible, remaining polite and positive
• Assist with the receipt of all deliveries, ensuring items arrive and are correctly stored
• Ensure waste disposal and basic cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently, following the schedule and waste policy
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
