Job summary

Mariposa Care Group at Riverwell Beck care home in Blackwell, Cumbria, is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the kitchen team with cleaning, pot washing, and keeping crockery and equipment stored properly. You will also help prepare morning and afternoon tea trolleys for service.

The role is 31.5 hours per week (3 x 10.5 shifts) at £12.71 per hour, in a friendly care-home environment. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Mariposa Care has an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our friendly care home, Riverwell Beck. We’re on the lookout for someone to support the kitchen team with a variety of tasks including cleaning, pot washing, ensuring all crockery and equipment is stored appropriately and that all morning and afternoon tea trolleys are prepared and ready for service. You will be happy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
