Job summary

Anchor is seeking a Catering Assistant in Godstone to join our supportive team and help deliver high-quality meals for residents. The role emphasises attention to detail, care for others, and teamwork in a positive kitchen environment.

You will assist with meal preparation and service, adhere to health and hygiene standards, minimise waste, and support the catering team. Previous catering experience is valued, and Level 2 Food Safety Certification is preferred or achievable.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Experience working with older people (ideal, but not essential).
