Job summary

Caron Group is seeking a Catering Support to assist the Chef/Cook in ensuring meals meet nutritional and dietary needs for residents and visitors. You will support meal service and help with crockery, cutlery, glassware and dry foods.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, cleaning schedules, monitoring temperatures, stock rotation and maintaining high hygiene standards within a friendly team. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

• Keep china, cutlery and beakers in a very clean state.
• Monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain balanced diet for residents.
• Ensure knowledge of residents with special diet or allergies.
• Have awareness of the diabetics and their special diet.
• Assist Hospitality Coordinator in the ordering, storage and provision of food.
• Keep surfaces clean and sterilised.
• Keep appliances clean and safe.

About the role

Role Overview

Required Criteria

• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom?

• Atleast 1 year of Kitchen Assistant experience
