Job summary

Bolton Council is seeking a permanent Catering Assistant for 20 hours per week (term-time). The post is grade A SCP 3 with pro rata salary details.

You will prepare and serve nutritious meals for pupils and staff, while upholding food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards to support a positive dining experience in the school. DBS checks may apply.

Job description

1 x Catering Assistant - 20 hours per week TTO

Grade A SCP 3 / £25,949 pro rata

Actual Salary - £11,728.44

We are looking to appoint a permanent Catering Assistant to join our enthusiastic and committed team and provide an efficient and effective catering service in line with our high standards of service.

You will be responsible for the preparation and service of nutritious, balanced meals for pupils and staff. The role involves maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness while supporting a positive dining experience within the school.
