Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Basildon Hospital, is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our newly refurbished restaurant. In a busy but welcoming catering department, you will assist with food preparation, packing, labeling and displaying sandwiches and other items, and serve meals to patients, visitors and staff.

This cross-site role requires a full driving licence. Essential qualifications include GCSE English and Maths, a Level 2 Food Safety award, and experience in catering

Qualifications

• Good level of general education including English and Maths GCSE.
• Level 2 Food Safety Award required.

We are currently have an exciting new opportunity at Basildon Hospital to work in our newly refurbished Restaurant as a Catering Assistant.

Main duties of the job
