Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Catering Administrator (Band 3) to join the Broomfield team in Chelmsford, supporting the Patient Catering Manager with a range of admin tasks.

You will handle enquiries, maintain schedules, training records, sickness logs, and supplier invoices, while upholding confidentiality and delivering high standards of service across the catering department.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level with English GCSE.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes.
• ECSL qualification.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and appropriately to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle information securely.
• Process salary returns and timesheet records to payroll on time.
• Input training data and maintain training records.
• Maintain sickness records electronically and on paper.
• Coordinate hospitality bookings and venue arrangements.
• Check invoices and delivery notes to prevent overpayments.
