Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies across indirect categories including Marketing, HR Services, Consulting, and Operating Supplies.
  • Drive cost efficiencies and innovation through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Manage supplier performance by maintaining strong relationships, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs and provide expert guidance on spend and supplier effectiveness.
  • Support digital procurement transformation, leveraging tools like SAP Ariba to enhance compliance, streamline processes, and implement sourcing models.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement is essential.
  • Experience using digital procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage sourcing projects (e.g., RFPs, tendering, contract negotiation).
  • Analytical mindset and commercial acumen, with a focus on cost optimisation, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
