Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team of Category Project Managers, delivering across complex programmes with clear direction and ownership. You will align cross-functional teams to one delivery plan, driving progress across Trading, Product Development, Technical, Design, Packaging, GSPs, suppliers and Supply Chain.

You will provide proactive updates on progress, risks and decisions, escalating issues before milestones are affected, and drive continuous improvement in

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for updates and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and senior partners
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise and decision-focused updates
