Job summary

THG is seeking a Category Performance Executive to support growth across the Myprotein portfolio. You will analyse category performance, monitor pricing and site metrics, and help implement trading strategies to drive sales and profitability in global markets.

You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Category Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand and marketing plans, while maintaining trading dashboards and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Ecommerce, Category Management or Digital Trading.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to report trends clearly.
• Commercial mindset with pricing, promotions and margin awareness.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support category performance and analysis across key markets.
• Monitor sales, pricing trends and site metrics to spot opportunities and risks.
• Assist with category plans to maximise sales and conversions.
• Conduct website audits for category visibility and CX.
• Maintain dashboards and present insights for trading reviews.
