• Manage the entire procurement cycle from pre-tender to contract award.
• Identify sourcing opportunities through analysis.
• Lead spend analysis and supplier market reviews.
• Manage supplier risk and governance.
• Engage with internal stakeholders up to director level.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Draft and manage contracts.
• Enhance procurement processes and policies.
• Assist in drafting specifications for clarity and market relevance.
