The Category Manager will create and execute global sourcing strategies across the IT / Technology category.

• Develop and implement category-specific procurement strategies focused on cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.
• Manage IT spend across the organisation by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, assess the supplier market, run sourcing exercises, negotiate terms, and establish contracts.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains and secure favourable commercial outcomes.
• Lead commercial efforts in key initiatives, such as a complex application decommissioning programme, by developing exit strategies for interrelated licenses and services.

To be considered:

• Category Manager with deep IT / Technology category experience within financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving cost savings and delivering high-quality commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable delivering through change and transformation.

On Offer:

• £90,000 - £105,000 plus attractive company benefits
• Hybrid: 2-3 days / week in office.
