Exciting opportunity to join an expanding Public Sector Procurement team going through a period of change. We are recruiting for an IT Category Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This key role involves identifying, planning, and delivering benefits for the IT category of spend, ensuring alignment with the organisation's Procurement plan.

In this role you will:

1. Define, shape and implement the IT Category Strategy
2. Run end-to-end procurements in accordance with the new Procurement Act regulations
3. Identify and manage high-value and high-risk suppliers

We are looking for:

• Individuals with Public Sector Procurement experience
• Individuals with previous experience of working within IT Procurement
