Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and drive EMEA Go-to-market (GTM) plans for products of our MCD (e.g., Mobile/Console products) and LFD (e.g., Chairs / Lifestyle products) categories.
- Develop comprehensive product launch plans for all new launches, present to internal stakeholders, and oversee execution at a detailed level.
- Lead PR teams, communicate effectively with press, and represent the product and company. Create presentations and train stakeholders on messaging.
- Coordinate localization of marketing assets such as copy, videos, photography, banners, social content, and training materials.
- Develop monthly and quarterly GTM plans to drive revenue and growth through promotions, launches, PR, events, influencer activities, collateral, digital marketing, etc.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed within the EMEA region, collaborating with regional teams.
- Serve as marketing contact for internal teams including sales, PR, community, support, and operations.
- Represent the growth product team at events, including trade shows and customer engagements.
- Attend and support booth activities at trade shows.
- Be the EMEA product expert on technical questions related to categories.
- Participate in regular calls with global stakeholders to align on product updates and marketing initiatives.
- Gather market, press, customer, and forum feedback to inform product planning and roadmaps.
- Contribute to creative strategies for packaging, advertising, web content, merchandising, and promotions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to support initiatives.
- Develop pricing and channel strategies in collaboration with senior management.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years in product management and marketing within consumer electronics, PC hardware, gaming furniture, or console industries.
- Experience in business development or partner marketing is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Experience with sales channels including retail, online, and distribution.
- Ability to create marketing copy and guide creative assets.
- Experience in strategic planning and articulating success strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience interacting with management.
- Experience working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
