You will
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure competitive terms and foster long-standing supplier relationships.
  • Conduct continuous range reviews to refresh assortments, identify gaps, and innovate with new offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with our cross-functional category team—partnering with in-stock managers and category analysts to drive cohesive decision-making.
  • Project-manage multiple initiatives across the category spectrum, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution.
  • Plan and execute high-impact activations and promotions that captivate customers and accelerate growth.
  • Drive Gopuff Ads sales by educating vendors on our advertising platform and maximising their ROI.
  • Leverage data insights—working alongside our Data Team—to develop forward-looking category analyses and strategic roadmaps.
  • Oversee rigorous quality checks, ensuring every product in your category meets our standards.
You have
  • Experience in online and brick-and-mortar retail, or within FMCG and e-commerce industries, with a growth mindset and eagerness to master new categories on the job.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and insightful performance analyses.
  • Proven deal-making and negotiation skills, capable of securing win-win agreements and nurturing long-term supplier partnerships.
  • A natural storyteller who can sell the vision, acting as an enthusiastic ambassador for Gopuff and inspiring suppliers to invest in shared success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and in PowerPoint for crafting clear, compelling presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities, comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.
