Countryside Classroom in the Spey catchment is recruiting an Engagement Officer to deliver a programme of engagement with farmers, landowners and land managers, ensuring they are understood and listened to. You will map land managers, keep them updated via focus groups, events and digital content, gather insights on nature-based solutions, and build trust through one-to-one conversations.

Salary: £22,000 pro rata (£36,500 FTE); Hours: 3 days per week; Contract: 12 months from January 2027;
