Job summary

The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire is seeking a Cam Catchment Support Officer to help develop the Cam Catchment Plan. The role focuses on administration, events, meetings, citizen science activities and partnership communications.

The fixed-term, part-time post (15 hours/week) based in Cambourne offers an opportunity to contribute to wildlife and river restoration efforts over 15 months, with initial training and close collaboration with the Catchment

Qualifications

• Experience of administrative or customer service roles.
• Computer literacy and good inter-personal skills.
• Interest in wildlife and environmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to prepare the Cam Catchment Plan.
• Organise events and meetings of the Catchment Partnership.
• Support citizen science monitoring and update the partnership website.
• Assist with project communications and fundraising activities.
