CapeClarke Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor for a fully remote position. You will work closely with senior solicitors on complex, high‑value claims, including multi‑million‑pound cases, with direct client involvement.

Catastrophic Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote

Experience: NQ - 6+ PQE / Experienced Fee Earners

A leading, growing claimant Personal Injury firm is looking to strengthen its specialist Catastrophic Injury team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior solicitors on complex, high-value Serious and Catastrophic Injury claims, including multi-million-pound cases. You'll gain hands-on experience of substantial litigation, with direct client involvement and the opportunity to develop your expertise alongside highly experienced specialists.

The Role

Working alongside senior solicitors, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with complex Serious and Catastrophic Injury claims, including multi-million-pound cases.
• Investigating liability, causation and quantum.
• Drafting witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel and case managers.
• Supporting rehabilitation, interim payments and settlement negotiations.
• Attending client meetings and conferences where required.

About You

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners.

Candidates from both claimant and defendant Personal Injury backgrounds will be considered, ideally with experience of serious, complex or high-value injury claims.

The firm is open to newly qualified lawyers through to those with 6+ years' PQE, with responsibilities matched to your experience.
