Job summary

Keoghs LLP seeks a Claims Handler - CH2 to join our Casualty Team in a hybrid role. You will manage a varied caseload including Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability and Property Damage from inception to settlement, using MOJ Claims Portal and data systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within the team. This position offers a structured 35-hour week, with 1 day in the office and 4 days remote, supporting efficient

Qualifications

12 months relevant experience or 6 months experience plus law degree or equivalent
Experience of MOJ Claims Portal
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills
Client care and customer service skills
Ability to manage own volume workload via task management
Ability to work as a team and independently

Responsibilities

To pro-actively manage a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage & Product Liability claims
Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
Comply with set client SLA's
Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
Undertake appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader
35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) hybrid role: 1 day in the office, 4 days from home
