As a Casualty Claim Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving claims related to casualty incidents. Daily duties will include:

• Conducting thorough investigations into reported claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Communicating effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Analysing policy provisions and interpreting coverage to make accurate claim decisions.
• Evaluating damages and negotiating settlements within authority limits.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex claims efficiently.
• Maintaining detailed claim files and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to claimants throughout the claims process.
• Successfully settling claims, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Ensuring complaints are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Applicants must have gained previous claim handling experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
