Our College Town Day Nursery in Sandhurst, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Casual Nursery Worker to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

Ideal hours: 11am to 6pm or 1pm to 6pm, but start times can be flexible.

What will you be doing:

• Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are upheld
• Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
• Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Ensure adherence to updated policies and procedures within the required timescales
• Ensure practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding policies and practices
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
• Attend regular staff and planning meetings and undertake necessary training
