Key Responsibilities:

• Model positive practices to uphold Grandir UK values

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
• Assist in preparing and supervising activities under Level 3 qualified Practitioners
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Implement policy changes within designated timescales
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Report any concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Keep confidentiality where appropriate
• Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
