Job summary

Ringway London is seeking Winter Casual Drivers for the Bracknell area to perform local authority gritting and ploughing during the winter season. The role operates on a zero-hours contract with a rota and standby on call.

Applicants should have LGV/HGV experience, CPC, and be able to work nights, weekends and public holidays, with a strong commitment to safety and reliability. Fixed-term, part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience driving large goods vehicles (LGV/HGV).
• Up-to-date Driver CPC and City & Guilds Winter Service Operations 6159. (Units 613 and 680)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake local authority gritting and ploughing.
• Work on a zero-hours contract during the winter rota.
• Standby while on call.
