Job summary

The Churchill Theatre in Bromley is seeking a Casual Theatre Technician to join the technical team. You will operate sound, lighting and AV systems, assist with get-ins and get-outs, and support visiting companies and dressers to ensure smooth performances.

Qualifications

• You will be a motivated team player and a talented all-round technician.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced receiving house environment, you will stay focused under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities with a calm, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and productive working environment and that all technical work complies with relevant legislation and guidance.
• Support and assist the Full Time Technical Team in achieving high standards of technical delivery, presentation and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and care of all technical spaces, equipment and property.
• Operate sound, lighting and AV systems, as well as stage management, during rehearsals and performances as required.
• Participate in the set-up and break-down of visiting productions and events as required.
