We are seeking a motivated, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our progressive and dynamic Telecare Team on a casual basis. This role is offered on an as-and-when-required basis, Monday to Friday during the day, to support the operational needs of the service.
You will work across the borough, delivering vital Telecare services and providing support, advice, and reassurance to some of our most vulnerable residents, helping them to live safely and independently within their own homes.
Telecare provides technology-enabled care solutions designed to support residents to remain independent, active, and safe in their communities. Alongside Telecare alarms, a range of sensors and devices are used, all of which are monitored by our call monitoring centre.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
