London Borough of Hackney is seeking a Telecare Officer to develop and lead the TeleCare service within Adult Social Care, focusing on enabling safe home-based living through assistive technology and OT-led assessments.
You will design training for staff, supervise the Telecare Co-ordinator, and drive improvements in assessment quality and discharge coordination, working in a fast-paced council environment in London.

The Telecare Officer (OT) role sits within the Adult Social Care division, specifically within the Occupational Therapy and Sensory service. We are currently focused on integrating TeleCare assessments and interventions seamlessly into Hackney’s wider social care services.
