Freedom Leisure is hiring a Swim Teacher on casual hours to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring safety and helping students reach their goals. Training is provided and Level 2 teaching qualification or willingness to gain it is required; an Enhanced DBS check is needed, with support from a welcoming team.

Formación

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults according to qualification and training.
• Communicate with children's parents/guardians about development and progression.
• Assist in supervising customers in the pool and surrounds for safety and discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work with customers.
• Ability to work with children and their parents.
• DBS check completed or obtained before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Ensure participants feel supported and are achieving their goals.
• Maintain safety standards in and around the swimming area.
