Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker in the United Kingdom. You’ll help people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, in homes or community settings, with personalised plans focused on individual needs.

No previous care experience is required as full training will be provided. You’ll join a friendly, values-led team offering flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends, with long-term career opportunities in Health & Social Care.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
