Alternative Futures Group is seeking Support Workers to help people live as independently as possible. You’ll work across settings including people’s homes, community services, and care facilities, following personalised plans tailored to individual goals and aspirations.

No prior care experience is required—the right attitude and a compassionate approach are valued. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within a supportive, values-led team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
