Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in Wirral is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible. You will support individuals in their own homes, community services, and care settings, following personalised plans and goals.

No prior care experience is required; we provide full training. You’ll work flexible shifts, including days, nights, sleep-ins, and weekends, in a supportive, values-led team that cares about making a real difference.

About the Role

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
