Alternative Futures Group in Winsford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible. You will deliver personalised support based on individual care plans, with full training provided and no prior care experience required.

You will join a values-led team offering flexible shifts, including day shifts, waking nights and weekends, with opportunities for long-term career development in health and social care.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
