Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels Ltd. is seeking a Casual Housekeeping Assistant at Wood Hall Hotel in Wetherby. You will help maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, while assisting with in-room refreshments and ensuring a premium guest experience.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of £13.00, plus a share of service charges, and includes uniform and meals on shift. Weekend work is required in a casual contract setup, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Replenish towels and toiletries, arrange in-room refreshments, and assist guests as needed.

What will the role involve?

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help create an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll replenish premium towels and toiletries, and elegantly arrange in-room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable, magical experience. This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business.
