Ashton Community Science College in Preston is inviting applications for a Casual Site Lettings Assistant to support lettings on Friday evenings and Saturday daytimes.

You will help prepare and secure the site for external users and students, engage with hirers on site, and act as a key holder performing security procedures at shift start and end. The role requires flexibility in hours.

The Governors are looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Site Lettings Assistant to work Friday evenings and Saturday daytimes (applicants should be available for either shift pattern or both) to support the lettings of the school site to outside users.

The position is paid at the Foundation Living Wage rate of £13.45 per hour.

The majority of the post holder's time will be spent on preparing and ensuring the safe use of the site. Both for external users and our students the following day.

We are looking for someone that will have an active presence on site, engaging with hirers, to act as the link between external users and the Schools Operational Manager for Lettings.

You will also act as a key holder, carrying out security procedures at the beginning and at the end of each shift.

We are looking for a candidate that will have a flexible approach to the hours they work.
